The Moffett-Creath Cemetery is a family burying ground near the old Cedar Point community of Houston County, named for the intermarried Moffett and Creath families. Interments include Moffett Baskin Creath (1869-1943) and his wife Maude Steed Creath (1881-1963), whose shared marker reflects the family for whom the plot is named.
