History
Lamb County's courthouse in Littlefield was completed in 1955 to the Moderne design of the Lubbock firm Atcheson & Atkinson. The county seat had moved from Olton to Littlefield in 1946, after earlier courthouses in Olton — a 1908 frame building that burned in 1922 and a 1923 brick replacement — served the county. The building was renovated in 2014 and 2015.
