History

The Presbyterian Manse at 221 Delta Street in Jefferson, built in 1839 and once the home of Gen. Rogers, is regarded as the oldest house in the city. Used as a Presbyterian church parsonage, it was added to the National Register in 1969 and documented by the Historic American Buildings Survey.
