History

Mansfield Cemetery in South Vidor traces its land to an 1882 donation by Guy and Johanna Mansfield. Its oldest portion is the Cumberland Presbyterian section, deeded by Ralph Man in 1876 and marked with a Texas historical subject marker, and a separate section is set aside for the Bratton family. Burials date back to the late 1800s.
