History

Thompson Cemetery lay near the Red River south of the Bryarly community in Red River County. By the mid-20th century it had been largely abandoned and overgrown after being recorded around 1950. Documented burials include Louisa Goode, who died in 1879, and John W. Thompson (1856-1897), with several other graves marked only by wooden stobs.
