History

The Muleshoe Memorial Park Cemetery, also known as Bailey County Memorial Park, lies about two miles west of Muleshoe on U.S. Highway 70/84 in Bailey County. It was incorporated in 1954, with the first lot sold that November and the first burial in January 1955. The cemetery association was reincorporated in 1988 and operates as a nonprofit.
