History
The W. S. Hills Commercial Structure is one of the downtown El Paso business buildings associated with the pioneering architectural firm of Trost & Trost, which reshaped the city's early-20th-century core with reinforced-concrete commercial blocks. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 24, 1980 under the 'Commercial Structures of El Paso by Henry C. Trost' thematic nomination.
