History

Stouts Creek Cemetery is an old, well-kept burial ground in the eastern part of Hopkins County near Saltillo. Its graves date from the nineteenth century and include some of the district's earliest settlers, and a monument at the gate honors a 1974 gift from Miss Era Cox that helped sustain the grounds.
