History
This house at 1500 South Buchanan Street was built in 1907, with work credited to Amarillo architects William C. Townes and Otho G. Roquemore, blending Classical Revival and Prairie School elements. Also known as the Jons-Danner-Gilvin House, it reflects Amarillo's early-twentieth-century residential development. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
