History
The ten-story Builders Exchange Building at 152 East Pecan Street was constructed in 1925 as headquarters for the San Antonio Builders Exchange, an organization of local architecture and engineering professionals. Designed by architects Emmett T. Jackson and George Willis in the Late Gothic Revival style, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 16, 1994 and later converted into apartments.
