The Levi-Topletz House at 2603 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard is a brick residence displaying Italian Renaissance Revival and Prairie School characteristics. Built in the Edgewood Addition of 1912 for Jewish businessman Leo S. Levi, it is one of the few surviving homes along the former Forest Avenue streetcar route through South Dallas. It was listed on the National Register in 1995 as part of the study of East and South Dallas development, 1872-1945.
