History
Built in 1926 at 1100 Harrison Street, this church (also known as First Presbyterian) was designed by the firm Shepard & Wiser in a Late Gothic Revival style with Tudor detailing. Its limestone-and-stucco wings form a U-shaped complex around a central courtyard, with a Christian Education Building added in 1962. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
