The Pierre Bremond House at 402 West Seventh Street was built in 1898 and is noted, with the neighboring John Bremond Jr. house, for its extraordinary cast-iron porch detailing. It stands in Austin's Bremond Block, a group of Victorian homes added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.
