History

Elm Creek Community Cemetery lies in the Caddo Mills area of Hunt County, reached by a single-lane dirt road off County Road 2141. Once serving the Elm Creek farming community, it had fallen into serious neglect by the time it was surveyed in February 2002, with the fence and gate collapsed and most of its tombstones broken, toppled, or illegible.
