History

Bila Hora Cemetery serves the historically Czech community of Bila Hora in Lavaca County and stands well-kept behind a fence bearing its name. Many of its headstones carry inscriptions in Czech, reflecting the settlement's heritage; the oldest marker is that of Jan Dusek, who died on February 4, 1883, and about 85 graves were recorded in a 2011 inventory.
